  • Hi, my name is Mary. I am a 2017 graduate of Midwest Institute and have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist since 2017.

    My passion for massage began while working with elderly clients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Through that experience, I witnessed how massage therapy can provide significant, even if temporary, relief from symptoms by reducing muscle rigidity, easing tremors and pain, and improving mobility and sleep. That work deeply shaped my commitment to therapeutic, results-driven care.

    I specialize in deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, cupping therapy, prenatal massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. My goal is to create a customized session tailored to your unique needs, helping you leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and more connected to your body.

    When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me sewing, exercising, or dancing the Cha Cha Cha.
